Kettle Bell Intro
This four-week course is an introduction to the latest fitness craze with one of the oldest fitness tools; the course focuses on basic movements and kettle bell safety.
Strength Foundations
This six to eight-week program focuses on proper form and technique of the three big lifts while stressing accessory work and core development.
Power Development
This program introduces explosive movements to include plyometrics, kettle bells, Olympic lifting, and Vertimax.
Specificity
This program addresses target areas key to individual sports, to include stretching, strengthening, and speed development.
Hardcore
This four-week program develops strong, functional abs as well as lower back and hip strength.
Force Training
This is for the advanced athlete who wants to (or currently does) compete in professional sports. Emphasis is on speed and explosiveness. This program is designed for rapid results.
